Shern Hall Lodge Visit the Hague
One of the greatest benefits of being a mason is the friendship we recieve from our brethern, and this isn't just limited to our colleagues in the UK! In October 2006 17 members of Shern Hall lodge, along with friends and partners, were invited to one of our partner lodges in the Netherlands. Our dutch friends gave us a great welcome and the group had ample opportunity to sample dutch delights such as 'struissvogel' (ostrich steak) and of course plenty of lovely dutch beer.
As part of the visit the intrepid Shern Hall explorers were treated to private tour of the library building at the fantastic peace building of the hague.
